Nanjing Kisen independently developed the third generation air beam reciprocating grate cooler, KS type high efficiency and low resistance five-stage cyclone preheater and multi-spouting calciner, dual swirl multi-channel pulverized coal burner, KGP type clinker roller crusher, NTC type cement kiln conditioning tower spraying system, PF2020 type impact crusher, KC-4 row-forward cooler, Double-string five-stage cyclone preheater with KDS online spouting rotary calciner, KSRP material roller press, KVM-P external circulation pre-grinding cement vertical mill, KVM-F external circulation finish cement vertical mill and these products obtained identification of Ministry of Science of China Building Materials Association approval of high-tech products in Jiangsu Province.

 

For years, Nanjing Kisen insisted the development pattern of combination of production, study and research. It cooperated with research institutes such as Tongji University, Southeast University, Nanjing university of Technology, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing Normal University etc., and domestic and international famous enterprises such as Japan Mitsubishi, Denmark F.L.Smith etc. Through internal technology innovation and external cooperation,Nanjing Kisen has accomplished all kinds of cement burning systems with self-owned intellectual property rights. Each parameter of production line such as heat consumption and power consumption, etc. has reached international advanced level.

 

Among them, the burning system of CUCC Xuzhou 10000t/d cement production linesecond phase, the burning system of Turkey 6000t/d production line with high-sulfur petroleum coke as fuel and dual pre-combustion chamber, the burning system of Saudi Arabia 5000t/d production line using heavy oil as fuel, the burning system of LuojiangLisen 2500t/d production line using calcium carbide slag as fuel to partly replace limestone, the burning system of Southern Shanggao 5000t/d production line using 100% anthracite as fuel are all developed by Nanjing Kisen independently. All indexes reached domestic and international advanced level. In addition, pure low temperature waste heat generation technology, automatic control technology, technology of concrete-filled steel tube composite structures etc. with independent intellectual property rights of Nanjing Kisen have reached international advanced level.

 

Over the years, Nanjing Kisen is committed to research, develop and promote the energy saving technology and equipment with nearly 200 patents. KS type high efficiency and low resistance five-stage cyclone preheater and multi-spoutingcalciner, high efficiency reciprocating grate cooler, dual swirl multi-channel pulverized coal burner, KGP type clinker roller crusher, NTC type cement kiln conditioning tower spraying system, PF2020 type impact crusher , KC-4 row-forward cooler, Double-string five-stage cyclone preheater with KDS online spouting rotary calciner, KSRP material roller press, KVM-P external circulation pre-grinding cement vertical mill, KVM-F external circulation finish cement vertical mill etc. obtained identification from Ministry of Science of China Building Materials Association and approval of high-tech products in Jiangsu Province. Clay roll crusher, KVM-P series of pre-grinding vertical mill, KSRP type raw material roller press, KGP type high temperature clinker roller crusher, KC4 new type high efficiency grate cooler, low NOx burning and flue gas denitrification technology have been put into use. Now Nanjing Kisen has completed the development of cement kiln collaborative disposal of municipal solid waste and sludge.

 

Guizhou Qianxi Southwest Cement Kiln Co-processing Garbage Project and Zhejiang Hejiashan Cement Kiln Co-processing Sludge Project have been put into operation, Ningxia Tianyuan Manganese Limited Company 2 500,000tpa Manganese Sulfate Combined Activated Desulfurization Manganese Slag Project is to be put into operation soon.

 

Nanjing Kisen pays great attention to study low-grade raw materials such as low calcium, high sulfur, high magnesium, high alkali, high chloride etc. Moreover, Nanjing Kisen also studies plaster sulfate cement technology and carbide slag, iron slag, phosphorus slag and other industrial waste for their utilizations in cement production. In our design of Zhejiang Hejiashan 2500t/d cement production line, the proportion of use of industrial solid waste in the cement raw fuel, additive and retarders accounts for 47%. This project won 2006 National Excellent Engineering Design Bronze Medal.

 

In addition, we also have put great efforts to develop industrial and prospective energy saving and emission reduction technologies, such as oxygen-rich calcination technology, CO2 emission reduction capture and re-use technology, SO2 emission control technology, PM2.5 control emission technology etc. Now we have made a breakthrough progress.
